This exciting non-stop workout moves from three intensely fun kickboxing rounds featuring original punching and kicking combos right into three boxing rounds including real "straight from the ring" boxing combos and footwork that are used by boxing trainers!  Each boxing round concludes with a fantastic cardio blast!
