This groundbreaking workout led by 5th degree Black Belt and Tae Kwon Do Master Susan Chung is loaded with moves that will reshape your entire body and burn mega calories! Susan has trained under three professional boxers and is an AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. Because of Susan's broad experience, not only will you get an amazing workout, but you'll also learn proper technique. This workout is broken down into 2 main cardio sections and 2 core sections. Included on this DVD are mix and match options along with premixes. There is also a bonus segment: Safety Guidlines and Tips featuring Grandmaster Bruce Chung.
RapidFire 1: Kick, Box and Core Burn will appeal to anyone who loves to sweat and who wants a challenging, exciting and fun workout! The moves are straightforward but the workout is advanced and does include a modifier for lower impact moves.

Equipment Used: 1 lb dumbbells (optional) - You can substitute boxing gloves, weighted gloves or use no added resistance in your shadow boxing workout.
Heavy Bag (optional) - If you have a bag, great - if not, follow along with us using no bag!
6 lb Core Ball - A medicine ball or dumbbell also works. Recommended weight: 4-8 lbs.
Boxing Gloves - Required only if you are punching the bag.
